Terms of use

These terms apply when you use DrivingExperiences.com.au, operated by Dominet BV, Panamalaan 7D, 1019 AS Amsterdam, the Netherlands(KvK 75389517). By using the site you accept them.

What the site is

DrivingExperiences.com.au is an information site, not an experience operator or voucher seller. We publish general guides on race track driving experiences, hot laps and gift vouchers. We do not sell experiences or vouchers, take bookings or rank operators, and no agreement between you and an operator is made through us.

Information only

Prices and rules are quoted as each operator published them on the date shown. Guides are checked at the dates shown. Prices, age and licence rules, dates and voucher terms change. Always check the operator's own page before you buy or book. We don't sell experiences or vouchers, take bookings or rank operators, and we don't receive payments from operators.

Links to other sites

Some links lead to other websites, such as government sources and operators' own pages (see our sources page). We receive no payments from operators. We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of other sites. Any experience or voucher you buy is with the operator, under its terms.

Liability

We take care to keep guides accurate but cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer law.

Use of content

You may read, share links to and quote short parts of our guides with a link back. Copying whole pages or using automated tools to scrape the site needs our permission.

Law

Dutch law applies, without taking away protection you have under the law of the country where you live. We may change these terms; the review date at the top shows the current version.
