What we are, and what we are not

DrivingExperiences.com.au is an independent general information site, not a driving experience operator, agent or reseller. We don't sell experiences, vouchers or gift cards, we don't take bookings and we can't see any booking you hold with an operator.

Questions about your own booking or voucher

We can't help with bookings, date changes, weather cancellations, voucher expiry or refunds. Please contact the operator or the business that sold you the voucher directly, through its own website. It holds your booking, so it's the one who can act on it. If you can't sort out a voucher problem, the ACCC website explains your consumer rights.

Found a mistake?

If something on a page is wrong or out of date, write to us by post at the address above and mark it "Corrections, drivingexperiences.com.au". Tell us the page address and what you think should change. If you have an official source, include it. We check each report against the source, and if the page is wrong we fix it and update the date.
